Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)

All of our collectors receive ACA International certified FDCPA training.  Senior collectors are FDCPA certified through ACA International.   

In addition to our comprehensive internal training, Paragon Way has a nationally recognized FDCPA defense attorney on retainer as our outside counsel.  Our collectors receive training by our FDCPA attorney at least twice per year

Paragon Way has spent years perfecting its skills by working Texas accounts (a notoriously debtor-friendly state) and is now licensed to collect in most states.
