Client Servicing

We maintain precise and direct lines of communication between Paragon Way and our clients.  With this commitment in mind, we have created a separate Client Servicing and Development team.  This team consists of collection industry servicing experts whose main function is to act as the central contact point between our clients and Paragon Way.  The role of the Client Servicing and Development team is to become subject-matter experts in all aspects of the specific portfolios placed with Paragon Way and to completely accommodate the needs of our clients.  This team of individuals works directly with each client and is completely focused on resolving any issues that may arise.

Highly Trained Professionals

The foundation of our recovery operation is the collector.  Technology has increased the efficiency of our operations; however it takes a professional collector to speak with debtors.  Our recovery personnel work with debtors by listening in order to resolve their specific situations.  Predictive dialers and on-line services assist with recovery, but our qualified personnel orchestrate the process in order to get results and turn your accounts into cash.
